Christmas Cookies

I love making Christmas cookies! These are my absolute favorite.

Cookies

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour

  1. Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add egg. Mix. Add vanilla.

  2. Add flour in 1 cup at a time. Mix just until blended.

  3. Chill dough for 2 hours.

  4. Roll 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.

  5. Bake at 350° F for 7-10 Minutes.

  

ICING

  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar

  • 1 tsp vanillla

  • 7 tsp milk

  1. Mix sugar and vanilla. Add milk 1 teaspoon at a time until consistency is like syrup.

  2. Dip cookies in.
